The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s.

Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

1. Purchasing
   ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
   Once you agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth on this website and submit an order, it is a final sale. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges for any purchase.
2. Pricing
   Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s may provide tickets for you that are typically not available through normal channels. You are buying tickets from an independent licensed broker, not the venue box office. In some cases our prices reflect the face value for tickets and in other instances; prices may be higher than the price printed on the tickets.
3. Ticket Listings / Product
   Ticket Listings are a representation of actual seat location. Tickets may be substituted with comparable or better seat locations. Actual seat and row numbers may vary from those purchased on the Site. Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s reserves the right to determine what constitutes a ?comparable? or ?better? ticket for substitution purposes. Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s?s policy is one of on-going product update and revision. Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s may revise and discontinue products at any time.Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
4. Order Confirmation/Processing/Delivery
   After you submit your request for tickets; you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your request. This does not confirm ticket availability or prices. It only indicates that we have received your request for those tickets and have begun the process for securing the requested tickets. Upon receipt of your order, your credit card is charged and you will receive an email or phone call from our office to finalize the order and ensure all information is correct. Your order may be finalized even if you do not receive an Order Confirmation Email or phone call. If you have not heard from us, or have only received a confirmation that we received your ticket request, please call our office to check on your order. NEVER make an assumption about the status of your order because you have not been contacted by us. Orders may not be cancelled due to problems with receipt of emails. Orders may be filled any time up to and including the day of the performance.
5. Explanation of charges
   Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s is an independent licensed broker. We have no affiliation with Ticketmaster®, any box office, theatre or arena. All sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges. The price that you pay may be substantially higher than the face value price printed on the tickets. Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s?s pricing reflects the current market value. The market value price for a ticket can fluctuate regularly and is determined by factors including supply and demand, seat location, date and the difficulty in obtaining a ticket.
   • All prices quoted include a 4% cash discount. A 4% handling fee will be added to all Credit Card orders.
6. Returns
   Customers may return the product only in accordance with Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s?s return policy in effect on the date of the invoice. Unless otherwise stated in writing and signed by a Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s officer, no return, no cancellation and no exchange of any product will be accepted for any reason.
   Return Policy ?There are absolutely no returns, refunds or exchanges of products purchased from Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s. Once a product is purchased it is a final sale. If in the case of an officially cancelled event caused by illness, injury, production closing, an act of God, act of war, riot, civil commotion, by an act of State, strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability or any other event beyond our control; a full in-house credit for the entire purchase amount will be given OR a refund will be given to the customer for the face-value only of the tickets once the tickets are returned to our office. Tickets must be returned to our office within 10 days after the printed performance date on the ticket. The full in-house credit may be used for events taking place throughout the United States and does not expire.
   Example:
   • Option 1 (Full In-House Credit)
     2 tickets were purchased for a show with a cost of $200.00 for each ticket for a total cost of $400.00. The show officially cancels. Once the tickets are returned to our office, an in-house credit will be given to the customer for $400.00. This credit may be used at any time for any event across the United States (subject to availability). This credit does not expire.
   • Option 2 (Face Value Credit)
     2 tickets were purchased for a show with a cost of $200.00 for each ticket for a total cost of $400.00. The show officially cancels. The face value of tickets is $100.00 for each ticket. Once the tickets are returned to our office, a credit will be given to the customer for $100 x 2 = $200 (for the face value of the tickets).
7. Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s does not give cash refunds for the difference because it has fulfilled its obligation of acquiring the product specifically for the customer and has no control over the outcome (whether or not the show takes place) of the event, show or concert.
   No refunds will be given for shipping charges. Federal Express has fulfilled its obligation of shipping your specific package.
8. Postponed Shows
   If a show is postponed, your tickets are valid for the rescheduled performance date. Please hold on to your tickets, they are still valid. No refunds, cancellations or exchanges will be made for postponed shows.
9. Tickets Sold For Customers On Consignment (?Try And Sell?)
   If Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s agrees to sell your tickets on consignment please be aware of the following:
   • We do not, under any circumstances, guarantee the sale of your consignment tickets.
   • We will attempt to sell your tickets on your behalf, but may not be successful.
   • You may authorize us to sell your tickets for a price below your cost of purchasing the tickets.
   • We are not responsible for shipping or delivery of your consignment tickets.
   • If we are unsuccessful in selling your tickets, it is your responsibility to retrieve them or make arrangements for their retrieval.
   • We will credit you for the amount your consignment tickets were sold. We are not responsible for the difference you paid for the tickets and the amount for which they were sold.
10. Credit Card Purchases
    Be aware that purchasing by credit card or attempting to cancel an order by initiating a credit card chargeback does not protect you from adherence of our Terms and Conditions. You are responsible to comply with our Terms and Conditions and any attempt to defraud our company may result in legal action brought against you.
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. Your name and billing address must match the name and billing address your credit card company has on file for you. As a mandatory step in processing your order, the billing address will be verified with your credit card company. Once you submit an order via our website, you have acknowledged our Terms and Conditions and authorize Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s to charge your credit card for this purchase.
11. Sales
    All sales are non-refundable. Although you have not received your tickets, we have committed to acquire your tickets. If we are unable to acquire your tickets, a full refund of your deposit will be applied.
12. Selling Tickets to Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s
    The following conditions must apply when selling tickets to Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s;
    • A faxed or scanned copy of the actual tickets and the seller?s legal identification may be required.
    • Seller shall not provide any misleading or fraudulent information or be involved in any capacity with the transfer of counterfeit tickets or passes.
    • For large transactions, you authorize Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s to do financial and criminal background checks.
    • Seller is liable for any loss associated with the sale of counterfeit or fraudulent tickets.
    • For any harm that comes to Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s, the seller agrees to pay liquidated damages in the amount of (10) times the value the tickets were sold for.
    • All counterfeit or fraudulent ticket transactions will be forwarded to local, state and federal law enforcement agencies for civil and criminal prosecution.
13. Care of Tickets
    Keep all tickets in a safe place. Lost tickets cannot be replaced. All tickets should be considered the same as cash. Do not place tickets in or near extreme heat or direct sunlight as they may become damaged.
14. Taxes
    In Nevada, the LET tax is included in the price of each ticket.
15. Order Acceptance Policy
    Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We reserve the right to require you fill out, sign and fax to us a credit card authorization form. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s.
16. Service and Support
    Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s endeavors to provide the best customer and technical support. Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s promises that its support people will attempt to handle over the telephone and email any problem involving Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s products. All requests for service and support should be made directly to Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s.
17. Typographical Errors
    In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
18. Jurisdiction and Venue
    You agree that any legal action brought against Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Clark County, Nevada.
19. No Assignment
    Customer may not assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the express written consent of Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s.
20. Invalidity of Provisions
    If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
21. Headings
    The headings of each of these terms and conditions are for convenience of reference only and shall not form part of these terms and conditions. Such headings shall be ignored in the interpretation or construction of any of these terms and conditions.
22. Links
    This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that Designer Tickets & Tours, Inc.’s is not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.
23. Export Control
    Products purchased or received under these terms and conditions shall be subject to export laws and regulations of the United States of America.
